Together we will find unique strategies to help you move toward your goals and work through challenges, while becoming a better friend to yourself. My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative, which means we will work together to find an effective approach that fits for you. I have a particular interest in helping people who have experienced trauma.
I’m inspired by courage – especially the courage to take responsibility for one’s mental health – from day-to-day difficulties to deeper, overwhelming experiences. You will find that I am warm and supportive, while also engaged with the science behind how we will support your body, emotions and mind move towards change and well-being.
